Garrett Community Action decided to make it easier to apply for their Energy Assistance services and the result was that they were able to gather more information on their client which help them determine if there were other services that the client could benefit from.
This sounds like a good – cheap way to handle their documents but there is one thing they didn’t realize. They have just made their documents susceptible to being compromised.
